**CT FOR TINY TURTLE DESIGNS**
This is a PTU Cluster Pack in png AND psd format so you can move elements around including the background layer. I used a beautiful blue kit called "Summer Blues" by Tiny Turtle Designs to create these Clusters/tags - this kit is loaded with lots and lots of beautiful shades of blue elements and papers.
